Krykun U. Customary law of Ukrainians scientific researches during the period from 1920 till the beginning of 1930 years.

The organization of customary low researches of Ukrainians during the period from 1920 till the beginning of 1930 years has been described in the dissertation. The integral system analysis of scientific research has been done based on archived documents and published sources, main directions of study custom, family relations traditions, crime law and other of scientists investigations has been studied. The process of reconstruction individual ancient customs and the processes of transformation in family traditions of ukrainians have been demonstrated in dissertation. The formation of new forms life strenuously studied by several scientific in system of Ukraine scientific Academy and by ukrainian diaspora has been demonstrated. Attention to specific character of some customs, developed by scientists has been paid. The attention to the study so-called "woman's law", the institute of hireling, care over under age and widow and other has been paid. Scientists research and analyse concerning functioning traditional of customary law, learning ancient historical booklets, history of law proceedings in Kiyvsca Rus', Lithuania-Poland period and time's of Hetmanschina has been demonstrated in dissertation.
