Shulga O. The philosophy of libraries' educational institutions' activity in the period of globalization and information revolution.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of world-viewing-ideological bases of libraries' educational institutions' activity in the period of globalization and information revolution. It is researched an influence of inside and outside factors' system on their production effectiveness, depending on tendencies of integration and intensification of knowledge's polyphormizm in higher professional education's area. The place and the role of reason and conditions in activities of libraries in Higher Educational Institutions are also analyzed; it is conceptualized the ways of their further optimization. The redistribution of libraries' functions and great intensification of it's own analytic work and marketing of inhabitants' information services, which have a tendency to education during the life are specificated. It is moved a proposal about coordination of libraries' activities in Higher Educational Institutions in sector of territorial community, intergovernmental and transnational structures.
