In this scientific work the clinical and anamnestical difference between patients with different forms of the diabetic foot are determined. 269 patients with diabetic foot syndrome were analysed in retrospective and randomized controlled trial. Predictors of heavy postoperative period and patient's deaths were revealled. It is proved that exists the straight line correlation between patient's deth with diabetic foot syndrome (DFS) and such factor as estimation for SOFA scale (0,858 - a high degree linear relationship), nephropaty gravity (0,679 - an average degree relationship) and festering-necrotic progress during treatment (0,607 - an average degree relationship). In the scientific work the algorithms of the choice of the anesthetisia in patients with different forms of the syndrome of the diabetic foot were showed. The intravenous anaesthesia is the best method of anaesthesia in patients with neuropathic form of DFS. The spinal anestesia is the best method in patients with ischemic form of the DFS.It was showed that postoperative analgesia in patients with ischemic form of DFS must be conducted by nonsteroid antiinflamation drugs and postoperative analgesia in patients with neuropatic form of DFS must be conducted by tioctic acid with anticonvulsants.
