Educational process in High Pedagogical School . The perfection of training system in quantum physics by the consequence of scientific and visual principles at High School under conditions of credit-module system is theoretically and experimentally proved. The rules of selection of the main scientific notions and scientific discoveries since 1901 are determined, the way of the main notions in physics and new scientific notions formation is grounded for the students.
