Shakhbasian K. International legal regulation of relations in the Internet.

The thesis is devoted to considering different aspects of regulation of Internet-relations by means of international law. Particular attention is given to the determining of subjects and objects of international legal regulation of relations in the Internet, determining legal nature of the Internet. There is proposed periodization of stages of Internet development and development of its international legal regulation, determining international legal basis of Internet-regulation. Also, the thesis is devoted to the practical activity of international governmental and non-governmental organizations in the sphere of Internet-regulation, Internet-regulation at the EU level.
