The thesis, on the basis of analysis of psychologic and pedagogical literature, studied the essence and structure of future teachers preparation for physical selfperfection, criteria and levels of students preparation for physical selfperfection were determined, pedagogical conditions for students of higher educational establishments training for physical selfperfection are substantiated.Methodical recommendations aimed at formation of the preparation for physical selfperfection in future teachers are elaborated.
