Zhnakina E. „Formation of the Innovative Potential of the Countries Within the Context of Rising International Competitiveness”

Object of research: process of formation of innovative potential of the countries as directions of increase of their international competitiveness. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of scientific - methodical bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on formation of innovative potential of the countries in a context of increase of their international competitiveness. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of generalization, a method of the comparative analysis, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering, a method of the system analysis and economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of theoretical positions and development of scientific - practical recommendations on development innovative potential of the countries as bases of increase of their international competitiveness. Practical results: will consist in development of scientific - practical positions and recommendations by definitionof regional integration priorities of Ukraine during globalization of economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the structural model of formation and continuous development of innovative potential of the countries; economic-mathematical model of an estimation of the international competitiveness of the enterprises; it is advanced: algorithm of formation of the international competitiveness of the country; classification of existing kinds and forms of innovations; the mechanism of the state support of formation of innovative potential of the country on macro and mioldlevel ровнях; have received the further developments: kathegorial the device of research of the international competitiveness of the countries, namely definitions of concepts are offered: "the international competitiveness of the country", "innovations", "innovative potential of the country". Degree of introduction: results of research are used in activity of Main Administrative Department of Economy of Donetsk Oblast State Administration;Kramatorsk Branches of Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber; Joint-Stock Company "А/Т Clay of Donbass"; Joint-Stock Company "Zevs Ceramics"; Regional Branch of National Institute of Strategic Researches in Donetsk, and also in educational process of Donetsk National University and Slavic State Pedagogical University.
