Dutka V. Meat productivity of bull calves and castrates of Ukrainian black and white dairy cows under different conditions of raising in the before Carpatian region

Object of researches - Bull-calves and bull-calves the castrated men of western inbreeding type of the Ukrainian black-pied milk breed. The purpose of researches is Study and scientific ground of technology of growing of bull-calves and castrated men on a meat at the maximal use of green forages and pastures with the optimum expenditures of the concentrated forages in the conditions of Prikarpattya. The methods of researches are zootechnics, physiology, statistical, analytical . Results of researches: 1. For a theory - First in the conditions of Prikarpattya the comparative study of productive qualities of bull-calves and castrated men of the Ukrainian black-pied milk breed at different systems of maintenance is conducted. New data about the dynamics of growth of living mass and linear growth of bull-calves and castrated men depending on age of castration are got. 2. For practice - Most economic for production of high-quality beef the bull-calves emasculated in 6-monthly age turned out advantageous, which by comparison to emasculated in 13-monthly age and by the unemasculated persons of the same age on 1 kg of increase of living mass expended on 4,0% less forage units. The sphere of the use is the cattle breeding enterprises of Ukraine.
