Mashuk I. Formation of psychological readiness of the students of militia specialized establishments of general education for academic and service activity in the system of the MIA of Ukraine

Theoretical and applied aspects of formation of psychological readiness for academic and service activity in the organs of Interior of Ukraine are considered in the dissertation. Existing concepts and approaches to the notion of psychological readiness, peculiarities of formation of psychological readiness in the organs of Interior of Ukraine are analyzed. It is established that appropriate formation of psychological readiness is possible under purposeful professional, psychological, emotional and volitional training, taking into account modern methods and achievements of psychological science, including psychotraining technologies. The components of psychological readiness for serving in law enforcement organs are defined, its structure is built. The system of formation of lyceum students' psychological readiness for academic and service activity is worked out and introduced into educative process in Yaroslav Kondrat'iev Law Lyceum of KNUIA. The criteria of readiness formation are proposed. Training program for formation of lyceum students' psychological readiness for academic and service activity in the organs of Interior is worked out.
