Lebedev D. Socially-psychological determinants of erroneous actions in professional activity of diving formations experts of rescue divisions of the Ukrainian Ministry of Emergency Measures

Object of research. Professional work of experts of diving formations of rescue divisions of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. Research objective. On the basis of studying and the analysis of modern requirements which are put forward by professional work to experts of diving formations of rescue subsections of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine and conformity of personal features of the diver to conditions of the given activity to establish the basic socially-psychological determinants of occurrence of erroneous actions at performance by the expert-diver of problems to destination. For the decision of tasks in view methods of theoretical and empirical research were used. The dissertation deals with results of the research, devoted to a theoretical generalization and the new decision of a scientific problem which is found out in disclosing objective and subjective determinants of erroneous actions in professional activity of experts-divers of rescue divisions of the Ukrainian Ministry of Emergencies. During the research the author have authentically proved, that professional activity of experts-divers of rescue divisions of the Ukrainian Ministry of Emergencies is characterized by specific set of conditions of diver's activities realization that complicates the achievement of the professional purposes and quite often leads to occurrence of a different sort of professional errors. In the course of the professional activities divers are submitted to influence of a complex of extreme factors of hyperbaric and water environments that leads to considerable important changes (shifts) of a functional condition of all vital bodies and systems of diver's organism. Imperfection of existing legal regulation of activity of experts-divers, not accurate definition of their functional purpose within the system of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine, automatically leads to occurrence of various errors during diving divisions' performance to destination. It is authentically proved, that the big prospects in expansion of possibilities of the analysis of the reasons of erroneous actions of the expert are slightly opened in connection with definition of a role of psychological, physiological, professional and other components of "the personal factor" in occurrence of errors. It was offered the professiogram the rescuer-diver; developed mathematical model of forecasting of probability of an assumption of erroneous actions in professional activity by experts of diving formations of rescue divisions of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine
