Mykhaylyna D. The international commodity flows regulation in conditions of transnationalization

The dissertation research is aimed to examine the theoretical and practical approaches to commodity flows regulation in transnationalization terms. Factors and controversial expressions of transnationalization processes, trends and specific features of commodity markets development modern stage were analyzed. The regulation system of international commodity flows is shown together with detecting international, national and corporate levels. The status and functional role of states, transnational corporations, international organizations in conditions of global regulation reinstitutionalization of international commodity markets are defined. The level, character and profundity of Ukrainian economy transnationalization including its commodity market were shown. The effectiveness of trade regulation instruments application in Ukraine was diagnosed. On the grounds of state and prospects analysis of external trade activity sector development of Ukrainian economy the key priorities of national trade policy were defined. The complex of measures to activate and to upgrade the Ukrainian regulatory policy effectiveness in a framework of elaborated strategy of state-TNC-financial and industrial groups interrelation were proposed.
