Essay

For the first time the commercialization of the library-information in Ukraine is theoretically proved. The modern condition of the commercialization of the libraries of Ukraine is generalized. The economical regulation of the librarian activities was defined. The directions of the growth of the effectiveness of the commercialization of the library-information activities were proposed. They represent normative-law regulation, librarian management, production of the analytical information products and services and adjusting of the communications.
