Kosulya I. The Communications Management in the Social Services System in the Contemporary Ukraine.

The object: the communications in the social services system; The goal: conceptualizing of sociological analysis of the communications management in the social services system and with the development of organizational-administrative maintenance of the communications improvement in the social services system in the contemporary Ukrainian society; The research methods: analysis, synthesis, structurally-functional analysis, comparative analysis, method of analogy, interview, content-analysis;Theoretical and practical results: on the base of integrative methodology and the activity approach the characteristics of the communications in the social services system has been specified, the theoretical interpretation of the concepts "communications management", "social services system" have been done, the communicative problems in the social services activity have been characterized; Novelty: the sociological analysis of the communications management in the social services system has been conceptualized; The level of implementation: the theoretical positions and the results of the empirical researches have been used for perfection of the social services system at the Kharkov territorial community level, in the process of instructing several courses, particularly the "Management and marketing in a social work".
