Essay

Thesis is devoted to the scientific research of theoretical bases of applying of continuous education system at technical university. The features and basic stages of development of the concept of continuous education are considered. The schematic of organization of continuous education at technical university is offered. The conclusions, which concern to the decision of a problem of continuous education of the adult people in methodological, psychological-pedagogical, organizational-administrative aspects and economical-lawful are received and scientifically proved. Examining system of continuous education as multivariational educational space, a role and place of contemporary information-communication systems in pedagogical practice of the higher technical school are determined. The advantages of information, scientific-educational portals are determined. The features of organization of the external training of specialists at the technical university are determined. The rules of the pedagogical concept of remote access of external students to scientific-educational resources of a higher educational institution are formulated. In work the approaches basing on the principle of decomposition of separate component of readiness of graduate for the fulfillment of professional functions taking into account the orientation of the educational process on formation of the competence to kinds of professional activity are offered.
