The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of forming personal readiness of high-school students to choose a psychological profession. The theoretical analysis of the issue of self-determination of senior school students and personal readiness to choose the profession was done. Personal readiness was determined as an integral formation of personality, it structure composes cognitive, aim-motivational and subjective-personal components. The data are given on levels of high-school students' personal readiness formation to choose the profession of psychology, the system of dominant motive of choosing the psychological profession are analyzed. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of forming of personal readiness of high-school students to choose a psychological profession have been defined. The program of psychological and pedagogical support of professional self-determination of high-school students was developed and probated.
