Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of psychological correction of conflict behavior of active service military men. The personality approach to the mentioned problem has been grounded on the basis of profound scientific and theoretical analysis of foreign and national scientific resources. Psychological peculiarities of conflict behavior, conflict and problem strands which cause conflicts escalation, have been researched. A certain connection between personality dynamics and conflict behavior dynamics has been revealed. It was worked out a "Programme of psychological correction of conflict behavior of active service military men" as well as recommendations how to optimize interpersonal relations in the military unit.
