Essay

The thesis is devoted to the studies of the dynamics of destructively recovering processes in skin of mature rats after modeling of the cryodamages under the effect of ozonized solutions with various concentrations of ozone (1mg/l, 6 mg/l, 12 mg/l) if compared with the effect of pharmacopeial placenta extract, "Levomecol" ointment, using morphometric, biochemical, histological, histochemical, bacteriological, thermographic methods of study. It has been shown that stimulation of skin tissue reparation processes with ozonized physiological solution of different ozone concentration increases with a decrease in ozone concentration (from 12 mg/l down to 1 mg/l). The highest therapeutic effect in skin damaged with cold effect was observed when injecting the ozonized physiological solution with ozone concentration of 1 mg/l: the manifestations of inflammation significantly reduced, cryodamage's epithelization improved, a fine tender cicatrical tissue. When using the ozonized physiological solution with ozoneconcentration of 12 mg/l the delay of reparation tissue processes was noted. In the effect of ozonized solutions of different concentrations on species' diversity of microorganisms there were found general features: their use contributed to a complete eradication of cryodamages from fungi and anaerobic microorganisms.
