Gasydzhak L. The transformation process in ethnoculture of Ukrainian people in Donetsk region (at the end of the XX th century - at the beginning of the XXI th)

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex analysis of the scientific literature of the transformation process in ethnoculture of Ukrainian people in Donetsk region. Analysis is based on history of Ukrainian people in Donetsk region. The main attention is given to migratory processes which occurred in this region in second half of the XX - th century when the region was occupied by labor migrations for renewal of its industrial potential. In the dissertation also examined the adaptation process of Ukranian's immigrants which were enlisted and moved in Donbass as a result of carrying out of special operation of communistic Soviet authority on deportation of the population from territory of the western Ukraine after the Second world war. In the thesis is analysed the main questions which are extremely actual today for Ukrainian people in Donetsk region: an aggregate number of Ukrainians, condition of the Ukrainian language, the Ukrainian national-cultural organizations and their role in a public lifeof region. It is being investigated the degree of safety of traditional calendar and traditional ceremony of Ukrainian family in Donetsk region. At the same time, it is revealed a complex of informal traditions which designate feature of the professional miner's environment
