Petechel O. Application of special psychological knowledge in regard to juvenile participators of prejudicial inquiry

Present thesis is dedicated to comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues special psychological knowledge application in regard to investigation of crime with juvenile participators; the paper treats the issues of juveniles' psychological peculiarities, and reasons of their deviant behavior. The thesis inquires into the questions of juvenile's personality psychological characteristics, getting into psychological contact with juvenile participators of prejudicial inquiry, types of psychological impact and application restrictions of such impact methods upon juveniles, application of special psychological knowledge during investigative actions with juvenile participators. Present paper introduces well-grounded scientific proposals as regards improvement of existing criminal procedural legislation.
