Irkhina S. Psychological principles of selection to schools of professional preparation of workers of militia

In the dissertation the resulted experimental research of problem of professionally-psychological selection of candidates to the entry in schools of professional training of employees of militia, that appears at maintenance and determination of structure of the innovative system of the organization of psychological selection on professional studies, built on the exposure of professionally important internals necessary for realization of operatively-official activity. As well as methods of doing the professionally-psychological selection of candidates for training in the named schools and methods of psychological selection in the process of psychological quidenance during their training in the mentioned schools are developed and grounded too. The research proved that the progress in the operative and service activity of private and low ranks militiamen is reasoned by their having suitable professional and individually-psychological qualities, that are known at the beginning of professional training and are to be developed in the further professional activity.
