In this research the problems of formation of humanistic orientation of future agronomists in the process of study of sociohumanitarian disciplines are considered. On the basis of analysis of psychology pedagogical, historical, philosophic sources the content criterions, components, levels of formation of humanistic orientation have been specified. There pedagogical conditions are proposed, in which can be actualized humanistic orientation of the students of agronomic specialties, and improved the model of educational and qualificational characteristic of agronomist. Thesis deals with the complex research of sociohumanitarian component in the professional education of specialists in higher agrarian institute. It's known, there are some problems in training of specialists at the agrarian institutes in the conditions of post-reforming development of agrarian sector of our state, so as the requirements to the modern management in agro-industrial complex have changed. As a result, the requirements to the vocational education have increased. The model of formation of humanistic orientation as a basis for sociohumanitarian component of vocational training has been worked out , the model of agronomists has been improved, the pedagogical conditions of quality raising of the vocational education of agronomists have been determined. The matter of sociohumanitarian component in training of young specialists of "Agronomy", forms and methods of interactive training , the meaning of structural-logical chats and their realization in organization of teaching process have been explained. As a result of experimental work effectiveness of suggested forms and methods is proved.
