Fedyna V. Forming of professional competence for future specialists-orientalists.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming professional competence for future specialists-orientalists. The dissertation regards the historical & methodological aspects of the problem; it analysis the modern state of the problem. The work exposes the essence of the concepts "professional skills", "competence", "professional competence". The dissertation determines the structure of the professional competence & the levels of its formation. Modern approaches are selected to the increase of efficiency of organization of educational process. Basic criteria, terms, maintenance and methods of levels' diagnostics of formation of professional competence for students are underlined & defined. An organizationally-pedagogical model, which includes a purpose, task and terms of process of forming of professional competence for future specialists-orientalists, is presented in the work. Quantitative and high-quality experimental job performances witnessed efficiency of action of the terms of realization of task of research offered in a hypothesis, and also we observed progress in the improvement of levels of formation of professional competence for students. Substantive provisions of dissertation are implemented in the educational process of higher educational establishments.
