Dissertation work is devoted determination of histological, biochemical, histochemistry and biophysical criteria of diagnostics of remoteness of damages of organs of thorax. In-process certain and generalized the feature of dynamics of cases of death as a result of mechanical damages among the population of the Lugansk area for 5 years. In particular, it is rotined that in the structure of death rate from a mechanical trauma predominated amount of lost as a result of craniocerebral trauma, the second place was answered by the combined trauma, and to the third is a trauma of organs of thorax and abdominal region. In 51,3% cases the lost were in a state of alcoholic intoxication, which answered an easy or middle degree which appears at living persons, and the most among them was made by the persons of sex of men of capable of working age which puts a fight against a traumatism in one row with other major social problems. The analysis of microscopic signs of morphological changes of the broncho-pulmonalsystem and ventricles of heart is conducted depending on the remoteness of infliction of the combined mechanical trauma, including, and trauma which was accompanied injury of heart and at the isolated injuring of heart. The morphological criteria of vital are certain, to the remoteness of formation of damages and life-span after infliction the combined mechanical trauma after the features of changes of the broncho-pulmonal system of victims during the first 24 hours. Influence of inflammatory processes of lights and bronchial tubes is set, and also alcoholic intoxication, that preceded a mechanical damage, on motion of posttraumatic process at the combined mechanical trauma. It is set that research of level of oxide of nitrogen in the whey of blood and activity of enzyme of е-NOS in myocardium of persons which perished as a result of the combined mechanical trauma, complex promote exactness of verification of remoteness of receipt of damages in a range first 1-12 hours. By research of biophysical propertiesof hearts of persons which perished as a result of the combined mechanical trauma, were found out the differences of lectricх properties of myocardium of counter-clockwise ventricle and on their basis the criteria of remoteness of formation of damages are offered.
