Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of development of border-guard officer’s professional reflexion. The psychological analysis of the main conceptual approaches to this problem has been conducted. The concept of border-guard officer’s professional reflexion has been generalized. The model of border-guard officer’s professional reflexion has been determined. The conditions of border-guard officers’ professional reflexion development depending on the length of service, commanding style, sex, individual qualities of a person etc have been revealed. Psychological and pedagogical program of its development has been worked out and tested experimentally which foresees the realization of system of psychological and pedagogical influence measures on personality in order to increase the level of border-guard officers’ professional reflexion.
