Shama I. Psychological diagnostic of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine management professional qualification with computer technologies usage

Dissertation is dedicated to psychological diagnostic of the State Border Guard Service middle management professional qualification issues. Core features that describe successful manager are leadership skills, ability to affect positively on the collective; professional communication skills, and emotional intelligence. The developed method of business situations analysis is reliable, valid and corresponds to standardization norms. Results of the conducted analysis scientifically prove the choice of diagnostic technology methodical components composition. It allows formulating the following conclusion: complex of methods of psychological diagnostics allows estimating the professional level of State Border Guard Service middle management. Methods includes California Psychological Inventory, research method of thought types; methods of analysis of business situations. Psychological diagnostics automated complex verification proves reliability and validity of diagnostic tool, authenticity of results, exactness of estimation and technical and technological realization in practice.
