Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to research of process of hydraulic sizing of coal slack of flotation size with the purpose of exception from the feedstock of flotation in sizes more than 0,5 mm and decides the task of decline of losses of coal from flotation waste. The Dissertation analyzes theoretical research of hydraulic sizing of coal slack in the cyclone-sieve classifier on the basis of decision of Nav'e-Stok's steady-motion equation and continuity equation flow which has an axial component. It is established that at ascending circular rotatory motion of stream of mash in the closed channel with the perforated inner wall speed of outflow through the perforated wall is deter-mined by pressure of radial stream, "live" cut and geometrical parameter of sieve, thus with the increase of these parameters speed of outflow grows. As a result of de-cision of hydrodynamics equation the dependences of tangential and radial compo-nents of speed along a radial co-ordinate, axial component along the axis of motion, distributing of pressure on a radial co-ordinate and equalization (inwardly round) of free-form of stream, that allowed to ground the structural parameters of sieve surface on the downlow union coupling inwardly cyclone-sieve classifier and to develop cy-clone-sieve classifier CSK-630. An economic effect is made by 134,7 thousands of Uan./year.
