Essay

The object is training of enterprise engineers in professionally oriented English. The aim is theoretical grounding, practical working-out and experimental testing of intensive corporative training of engineers in professionally oriented English. The investigation methods are theoretical, empirical, and statistical. The practical results are as follows: intensive corporative methods intended for the engineers being trained in professionally oriented English have been worked out. The novelty is represented by the objectives, contents and principles of intensive corporative methods aimed at training engineers in professionally oriented English being theoretically grounded and worked out for the first time; a stage-by-stage concentric model aimed at organizing the process of intensive corporative training of engineers in professionally oriented English has been mastered; the ways of potential abilities activation of a person and engineers grouped in small teams on the basis of the principles aimed at organizing collective communication of specialists united due to their common industrial activity have been defined; the notion "foreign language teaching / learning surrounding" under conditions of intensive corporative training of engineers in professionally oriented English has been specified. The theory and intensive corporative training methods intended for the engineers being trained in professionally oriented English under conditions of industrial activity have been further developed. The degree of introduction is high. The investigation sphere is pedagogical and postgraduate education.
