Kolbasina L. Correction of the adaptation processes of prolonged and often being ill children in the conditions of sanatorium-resort treatment

Object of research: Adaptation processes in children with frequent and prolonged illnesses, 181 children with nasopharyngeal pathology. Purpose: Increase of treatment efficiency in children with frequent and prolonged illnesses on the sanitary-resort stage of rehabilitation. Methods and equipment: general clinical, laboratory, biochemical, cytochemical, immunological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: Pathogenesis significance of genotypical (level of homo- or heterozygosis), constitutionaly-morphological descriptions, disbalance of mononuclear leucocytes functional activity in development of disadaptation syndrome in children with frequent and prolonged illnesses on the resort of the Crimea is determined. Combined therapy of children with prolonged and frequent illnesses on the sanatorium stage of rehabilitation with the use of Crimean plants essential oils, microneedle applicator from different kind of metals and amizon preparation results in improvement of arriving for resort treatment children adaptation, and promotes the efficiency of sanitary-resort treatment, the successful result of which is saved for 6 months after treatment finishing. Novelty: Pathogenesis conception of disadaptation syndrome development in children with prolonged and frequent illnesses on the stage of sanitary-resert rehabilitation in the Evpatoria resort condition is complemented by the basic hormones of adaptation hydrocortisone and adrenocorticotrophic hormone levels estimation. For the first time the combined complex of sanitary-resort treatment of children with prolonged and frequent illnesses and with the disadaptation syndrome, which includes aromatherapeutic preparation “Poliol”, Lyapko microneedle applicator from different kind of metals and amizon preparation is developed and applied on the Crimean childrens’ health-resorts. Efficiency: Including of the developed combined therapeutic complex in sanitary-resort treatment of children with prolonged and frequent illnesses improves its direct efficiency and provides the successful state of children for 6 months after resort treatment.
