The dissertation is devoted of studying of psychological features of self-actualization of the students of higher agrarian educational institutions І-ІІ level of accreditation during professional training. The job consists of theoretical substantiation, methodical bases and results of empirical research of a problem. The contents and specificity are opened, and model of self-actualization of the students of higher agrarian educational institutions І - ІІ level of accreditation during professional training is constructed. The insufficient level of self-actualization of the students of higher agrarian educational institutions І-ІІ level of accreditation during the professional training, and also there is prevalence in the structure of self-actualization of development of components, which belongs to the constituent of the personality (valuable orientations, the idea of human nature, self-respect). The Influence is set on self-actualization of students-agrarians on the different stages of professional preparation of specific professionally meaningful personal qualities, and also socially demographic factors that related to the age and the sex of students. The program of optimization of self-actualization process of the students of higher agrarian educational institutions І - ІІ level of accreditation is developed during the professional training, the results of its experimental introduction are given.
