Yatseyko M. Democratization as conformity to law of education' modernization in context of globalization

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of problems and main directions of democratization of modern higher education in connection with Ukrainian's entering into European educational space. It is investigated that the main role in the system of factors of education' modernization plays such kind of process as democratization. It is analyzed aspects of organization and management of education' modernization, importance of introduction of state-public management of educational establishment; development of authority of public (supervisory) universities' boards, student's self-management, another public organizations. It is paid attention to summing up experience of development of democratic processes in leading Ukrainian universities.
