Object - public relations' of rehabilitation centres for disabled persons. Aim - to determine ways of improving the public relations' management procedures of rehabilitation centres for disabled persons; methods - theoretical analysis of scientific-methodical literature, questionnaire, systematic analysis, mathematical statistics; novelty - the contents and the scope of management operations concerning of rehabilitation centres with the public and main sources of getting information by disabled persons, there parents were defined; the factors affecting the quality of services' assessment by the patients of rehabilitation centres were defined; results - methodical recommendation have been worked and introduced to the rehabilitation centres' activity.
