In thesis is presented the theoretical and experimental analysis of the problem of psychological factors of procedural dynamics of searching activity in the conditions of professional studies. The systemic and semantic analysis of the concept and psychological features of searching activity with determination of external and internal sources and conditions of its display is realized. Principles and methods of empiric research of the procedural dynamics of searching activity are worked out. The psychological features of stimulation and realization of searching activity in the process of solving the creative tasks are made exact. The basic psychological terms of the development of searching activity of personality in professional studies are determined and researched. The mobilizing effect of stimulation of searching activity of personality is experimentally confirmed. The features of action of cognitive and personality factors of searching activity dynamics are founded.
