Essay

A research object is technological processes of making of aggregates with the serpentine systems; a research purpose is an increase of efficiency and reliability of integrated technology of making of serpentine elements and assembling of aggregates, pluggings in itself the serpentine systems; methods are fundamental positions of technology of engineer, cutting theory, theory of plasticity, probabilistic design, mathematical logic and mathematical statistics; results - integrated technology of forming of serpentine element which is made from an ribbing monometallic pipe and has a possible radius of bend minimum is developed; the rational modes of forming of ribbing are offered on monometallic pipes with the use of lubricating-coolings technological environments; a novelty is the first grounded principles on the basis of which the developed integrated technology of making of serpentine element from a whole monometallic ribbing pipe with the minimum possible radius of bend, that allows to offer the production of elements and assembling of aggregates with the serpentine systems, answering the requirements of minimum metal consumption and more high technological reliability at making and faultlessness in exploitation; the criteria of estimation of quality of technology of making of the serpentine systems and assembling of aggregates which include these systems are developed, taking into account the structure of process and parameters of implementation of different operations; the mathematical model of choice of structure of serpentine element is developed on the basis of estimation of his maximal technologicalness; the model of structure of technological process of making of serpentine elements is developed from an ribbing monometallic pipe with the minimum possible radius of bend; introduction is open corporation "SMNPO the name of M.V.
