Essay

Object of research: an improvement of methods of animals treatment at T-2 toxicosis and its prophylactics. Purpose of research: to find out the main mechanisms of toxical action T-2 toxine on animals organism, especially on the activity of enzyme system of its biotransformation; experimentally substantiate the using of inductors of enzyme activity at T-2 toxicosis. Methods of research: clinical, hematological, biochemical, statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time, on piglets, it was studied the influence of medical preparations (nuclivet and unitiole) by chronical T-2 toxicosis on the activity of enzyme system of both phases of biotransformation. It was determined, that T-2 toxine is favorable to decrease the activity of enzyme system of detoxication. The protective action of nuclivet and unitiole by the chronical experimental T-2 toxicosis in piglets is caused by normalization of clinical state of animals and hematological and biochemical indices of blood. Nuclivet stabilizes the activity of cytochrome P-450 and the indices of glutathione system, unitiole - rises the activity of glutathionreductase and increases the content of restored the high activity of cytochrome P-450. The results of carried out investigations theoretically and experimentally indicate on the possibility of using the regulators of biocatalisis for animals treatment at T-2 toxicosis and its prophylactics. For the first time, by the results of the research of electron-paramagnetic resonance of blood, it was determined that hypoxical state of piglets organism by chronical T-2 toxicosis, just near with hypochrome anemia, appears as a result of a decrease of transferine and seruloplasmin on the base of the increase methhemoglobine, but the previous researcher didn't pay attention to it. It was also determined, that an ability of T-2 toxine to functional cumulation, as during 7-14 days after its suspension more hematological and biochemical indices were restored to primary level at material cumulatoin that isn't peculiar for it.Scientific novelty is confirmed with the patent of Ukraine "Way of reducing the negative influence of the T-2 toxine on animals organism". Degree of introduction: it was worked out the method of using unitiole and nuclivet for piglets treatment at chronical T-2 toxicosis. Thanks to the investigations, it was proved that using unitiole and nuclivet to piglets decreases toxical action of T-2 toxine and stimulates metabolism in organism. The results of the investigations, which are shown in thesis are included into "Methodical recommendations on diagnosis, treatment and prophylactics T-2 toxicosis of pigs" and scientifically-methodical recommendations "Control system of food quality and production of live-stock by the indices of mycotoxine content", confirmed by scientific- methodical Board of State department of veteri-nary medicine Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine. Sphere (field of using): veterinary medicine in educational process on course of veterinary pharmacology and toxicology.
