Stasyuk E. Organization and Psychological Peculiarities of Professional Activity of Officers-Psychologists of the Border Guard Agencies

The thesis is dedicated to analysis and empirical research of organizational and psychological peculiarities of professional activity of officers-psychologists of the border guard agencies. The psychological essence of the notion “professional activity of officer-psychologist” of the border guard agency and its nature, subject and structural components have been defined precise; organizational and psychological peculiarities of this activity have been worked out.The present-day state of the psychological provision system of service activity of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has been analyzed; the main tendencies of the development of this system have been concretized and its theoretical grounds have been substantiated.The theoretical model of professional activity of officers-psychologists of the border guard agencies and the programmes of their professional level developing have been worked out and verified experimentally;the essence of their functional duties has been improved.The practicarecommendations on the improvement of professional activity for officers-psychologists of the border guard agencies have been worked out.
