Begenar G. Psychological and Pedagogical Conditions of Development of Professional Competence of Head of Educational Education

The thesis deals with the problem of professional competence of head of educational establishment on creating favourable conditions of activity of pedagogical personnel. The essence of activity of head of educational establishment on the organisation subject-space surrounding in it has been revealed. The nature and structure of professional competence of head of educational establishment on creating favourable conditions of activity of pedagogical personnel have been made more precisely, the indices and subjective and objective factors of its development have been revealed. The psychological and pedagogical conditions of development of professional competence of head of educational establishment on creating favourable conditions of activity of pedagogical personnel have been defined and checked up experimentally.
