Essay

The object of study – creative potential of the person in youth. The purpose of study: to reveal specific features of display of specialized high-school students’ creative potential, to develop the program of a creative training of development of the basic components of creative potential. The methods: theoretical: the analysis of the data and generalization of the information; ordering and interpretation of the data; the analysis, comparison and generalization of a material; 2) empirical: supervision, experiment, conversation, analysis of products of activity, testing; 3) methods of descriptive and mathematical statistics. Novelty: character of interrelation and influence on creative efficiency of the features of motivational, cognitive, and characteriological blocks of person creative potential, in particular, of knowledge need, need in achievement, flexibility, originality, nonconformism for the first time is determined; the representation about specific features of display of specialized high-school students’ creative potential is extended; the model of structural organization of creative potential of the person is specified. The theoretical value of work: the features of displays of motivational, cognitive, and characteriological components of specialized high-school students’ creative potential are opened, the personal properties and developing conditions, which most effectively promote increase of creative efficiency, are revealed. The practical value of work: consists in an opportunity of use of testing training of development of creative mental strategy of the decision of creative tasks in groups of general educational and specialized high-school students’; the creative training can be used during realization of group and individual studies. The subject and degree of the introduction: the theoretical ideas and materials of research are introduced into practice of work of psychology faculty of Mukachevsky humanitarian-pedagogical institute. Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere ofthe use: average and higher educational institutions, psychological services.
