Essay

The object of study – the personality-professional becoming of students. The purpose of study: to define features of the personality-professional becoming of students of psycho-pedagogical specialities, way and means of purposeful formation of personality-professional qualities of the future psychologists and teachers in pedagogical process of higher educational institutions. The methods: the analysis and generalization, conversation, interview, interrogation, questionnairization, psychological experiment, methods of statistical processing of a material. Novelty: for the first time on the basis of the comparative analysis of features of process of becoming of personality-professional qualities of students of psycho-pedagogical specialities is established, that dynamics of passage of the personality-professional becoming of students-psychologists has specific features at different stages and is more intensive, than at the students-teachers; is established, that the choice by the students of psychological and pedagogical specialties by essential differences in such features, as the attitude to own "I", self-estimation, communicative social competence, ability to self-management and self-development and professional orientation, is caused; the knowledge of dynamics of comprehension by the students their personality-professional becoming and factors, which promote its development during studying in a higher educational institution, such, as ability to self-management, self-estimation, attitude to own "I", professional intentions, communicative social competence, is profound; has received the further development representation about process of the personality-professional becoming of student's youth by definition of the tendencies and directions of development of personality-professional qualities of the students of psycho-pedagogical specialities in study process of a higher educational institution. The theoretical value of work consists in enrichment of the theory of educational activity by representations about development of the person in student's age; in theoretical-methodological definition, experimental check and comparative analysis of psychological features of the personality-professional becoming of the students of psycho-pedagogical specialities; in a substantiation of necessity of purposeful influence on process of the personality-professional becoming of the students in study process. The practical value of work: the received results can be used for creation of conditions of the personality-professional becoming of the students in view of the revealed laws of personal and professional features of the students of psycho-pedagogical specialities, and also at the decision of problems of the students, in particular, offered correctional influence can be used by the practical psychologist of higher educational institutions, taking into account features of a concrete speciality. The subject and degree of the introduction: the results of work are introduced in study process of Melitopol state pedagogical university, Tauric national university by V.I. Vernadsky, Melitopol institute of ecology and social technologies of a higher educational institution "Open international university of development of the man "Ukraine". Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere of the use: higher educational institutions, psychological services.
