Chejlitko N. Reflection of syntactic and lexical integrity in sentence through word forms' connections zones

Thesis is dedicated to the systematic analysis of word forms' connections zones in Ukrainian texts of political news. Sentence segment, covered by word form's syntactic connections, is termed zone of word form's connections. By the objective formal methods the typical models of word form's connections zones are explicated and their essential characteristics are described. On results the treatment of actual material laws of preference and simplicity are showed: for each word lexico-grammatical class there are a lot of short/simple models of word form's connections zones, whereas lengthy/complex models jointly are of small account. Statistical analysis of syntactic connections distribution in sentences 6-14 word forms long revealed correlation of word form's position and amount of its connections. There are segments in sentence of each particular length, that with the most probability are the most syntactically connected ones. Correlation of sentence length and mean total amount of connections in sentence is discovered. It can be described by function у=3х-4. The hypothesis of possibility to compose a lexico-thematic model of discourse by cohesion block of sentence elements is confirmed. Lexico-semantic variants, composed in lexico-thematic model of discourse, reflect topics of discourse sufficiently.
