Object - dynamic system " the semisubmersible platform - a surrounding liquid ", under influence of sea excitement. The purpose - creation of an effective method of numerical calculation of spatial fluctuations the semisubmersible platforms (SP) for a wide range of parameters of a spectrum of wind waves and verification of this method on the basis of laboratory experiments. Methods - physical and mathematical. Novelty - is created numerical model of dynamics of fluctuations the SP which considers characteristics of a spectrum of wind waves and nonlinear members of system of the equations of rolling; the technique of use of the new digital measuring equipment is developed for carrying out of experimental researches which allows to define spatial and time parameters of excitement and moving of model the SP; results of complex experimental and modelling researches of fluctuations the SP which have provided verification of new numerical model of dynamics the SP are received. Results - new numerical model of dynamics the SP, the software for calculation of parameters of spatial fluctuations the SP; methodical and the software for carrying out of experimental laboratory researches of dynamics the SP and other floating systems on the basis of a new complex of the digital measuring equipment.
