Iakovliev A. International Protection of the right for property in system of the Council of Europe

The dissertation is dedicated to complex research of formation and development of right for free possession of one's property in general international law and in law of the Council of Europe, peculiarities of interpretation of this right by European Court of Human Rights. The author researches international and legal cooperation of Ukraine in the field on this right's protection in the system of Council of Europe, and in this connection defines content of international and legal obligations of Ukraine concerning ensuring right for free possession of one's property and peculiarities of its implementation, first of all judicial, in internal law and order of the state.
