The dissertation covers theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of getting conjuncture quantitative assessment and calculation of its forecasted value for global passenger car market. There are investigated the main peculiarities of passenger car market functioning and defined the most significant its indicators. The characteristics and essence of international conjuncture as situation which took place on the market under influence of different factors with taking into account time factor are defined. Method of conjuncture quantitative assessment of global goods market as derivative on time from market status function is worked out. Trends of development of conjuncture world passenger car market are disclosed and mechanism of its functioning is investigated. Influence of conjuncture-making factors for developed countries and for developing ones is analyzed. Two the most perspective methods of conjuncture forecasting, namely method of leading indices and method of grouped argument calculationare indicated. The forecast calculations for Ukrainian passenger car market are performed.
