In the paper the process of forming of estimative-reflexive independence of economists has been explored in the conditions of the credit-module system of study, basic theoretical approaches to the organization of independent work of students in modern psychological-pedagogical literature have been analyzed, essence and maintenance of estimative-reflexive independence of economists have been exposed.
