Goncharenko N. “International Economic Activity of the European Union Countries and Ukraine in the Context of Economic Liberalization”

Object of research: development of the international economic activities of the countries of the European Community and Ukraine. The purpose of dissertational work is improvement of theoretical and methodological bases and development of scientific - practical recommendations on formation of organizational - economic preconditions of development of economic cooperation between the countries of the European Community and Ukraine on the equal in rights beginnings in conditions of liberalization world economic relations. Methods of research a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, general scientific methods of knowledge, a method of the analysis and synthesis, methods of grouping and classification, the factorial analysis, a method of the statistical analysis and a method of the comparative analysis. Theoretical results: will consist in a deepening of theoretical bases of development of processes of the international economic activities in conditions of economic liberalization and development of scientific - practical recommendations on a direction of inclusion of Ukraine in system of the international economic relations with the countries of the European Union on the equal in rights beginnings. Practical results: will consist in definition of directions and prospects of development of the international economic activities of the countries of EU and Ukraine and in development of scientific - practical recommendations on increase of the international competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of regulation of a degree of economic liberalization of the country in system of the international economic relations is offered; the economic-mathematical model of the balanced economic growth of the country in system of the world economy is developed; it is advanced: theoretical bases of research of economic liberalization; approaches to definition of directions of equal in rights inclusion of the countries in system of the international economic relations in view of modern lines of development of the world economy; have received the further development: the cathegorical conceptual device of the international economy; theoretical bases of research of the external economic relations on means of definition of the basic functions of state regulation of liberalization of economy. Degree of introduction: results research are used by Central Administrative Board of Foreign Economic Relations and the European Integration of the Kharkov Regional State Administration, the Kharkov Commercial and Industrial Chamber, Open Society "KB" Ekspobank", Open Society "Alchevsk metallurgical combine", Open Society "Dniprovsk Metallurgical plant of a name of F.E.Dzerzhinskiy", State Scientific Center, Open Society "Ukrproektstalronstryktsia V.N.Shimanovskogo's name", and also used in educational process of the Kharkov National University of a name of V.N.Karazin.
