Vlyalko I. Legal regulation of the EU public procurement.

The thesis is devoted to the scientific research of the contemporary state of the EU legal regulation in the field of public procurement, as well analysis of the doctrine in the sphere of public procurement, tendencies and directions of the EU legislation development. The thesis covers thoughts of scientist regarding essence and function of public procurement, reasons for creation public procurement as a sphere of the internal EU market and theoretical legal basis for current EU legal regulation in the field of public procurement. Moreover, activities of the EU authorities, as well as judicial practice are determined, basing on current legislation. The main trends of the EU legislation development in the sphere of public procurement are defined. Furthermore, the core means of implementation of EU legislation in the member-states are analyzed. In addition, some recommendations on approximation of Ukrainian public procurement legislation to the EU are worked out.
