For the first time the fact that women with diffuse euthyroid hyperplasia have the growth of lipid peroxidation intensity, decrease of antioxidant protection system activity, change of hemostasis indices has been stated. For the first time science-based complex of treatment and preventive measures has been developed and provided to decrease the frequency of obstetrical and perinatal complications for the pregnant with diffuse euthyroid hyperplasia; the method is based on differential approach to conducting this group of patients.
