Khrutskyi A. The substantiation of button bits constructural parameters of upgraded slime carrying out.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of geometry button bits influence on the slime carrying out process at hole drilling by down hole hammers. A new solution of actual scientific problem of regularity determination and character construction parameters influence on the slime carrying out process for the substantiation with a view to reduce vorticity of treating agent stream and to increase the specific slime carrying out and bit strength were obtained as a result of analytical and experimental research which has been carried out. The analytical and experimental dependences for determination of slime carrying out as function of geometric parameters of bit case on the basis of the modern methods of digital and physical modeling that allowed to substantiate the structural parameters of button bits for hole drilling for ensuring the reduction of wearing and the increase of drilling speed have been obtained. Wearing out has been decreased by 1,5 - 1,7 times and speed of drilling has been increased up to 1,6 times.
