Mandryk E. The System of the Professional Activity Post Graduation Pedagogic Maintainance of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine Engineering Technical Personnel

Dissirtation is dedicated to the research of the professional training problem of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine engineering technical personnel. The state of this problem is analysed with the help of psycho-pedagogical literature and the practical activity of the technical specialists, the differences and difficulties of this process are determined. The post graduation pedagogic maintainance system of the engineering technical personnel professional activity has been worked out and its efficiency has been checked experimentally. It takes into consideration the elements of the remote education; the educational process information providing; the standarts of the adults education; the experimentally checked generalized results of the engineering technical personnel professional readiness are given, taking into the consideration the new methodology of personnel apprising, also the methodical recomendations on the engineering technical personnel training have been worked ont.
