Tushko K. Pedagogical basis for formation of economic competence of future border guard officers in the process of professional training

Thesis is devoted to pedagogical conditions of future border-guard officers economic competence formation. Pedagogical conditions of future border-guard officers economic competence formation in the process of psychological-pedagogical researches were found out. The essence and confines of future border-guard officers economic competence components were stipulated. Organizationally pedagogical model and the system of didactic supplement of economic competence of future border-guard officers were experimentally tested. The analysis of current practice of future border-guard officers economic competence has been made. The criteria and levels of economic competence of future border-guard officers have been worked out. It has been experimentally proved that implementation of new pedagogical innovations made it possible to raise the level of cadets' economic competence.
