Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of State Border Guard Service’s military women professional activity motivation. In the structure of service women motivation three levels of organization can be observed: highest level – military professional activity of personality; middle level – motivation complexes that reflect the motivation content of different sides of service women professional activity; basic level - professional motivation complex. On the basis of theoretical ground psychological actions system has been worked out and tested during the research and gave the possibility of improving service woman professional activity motivation and forming correspondent motivation type in their military-professional activity.
